壓縮機工作時,空氣經(jīng)過自潔式空氣過濾器被吸入,通過PLC自動清洗過濾器,空氣在經(jīng)過進口導葉自動調(diào)節(jié)后進入一級壓縮,經(jīng)一級壓縮后的氣體溫度較高,然后進入中間冷卻器進行冷卻(水走管內(nèi),氣走管外,中冷器的水流量要求為110m/h)之后進入二級壓縮系統(tǒng),為避免系統(tǒng)中的氣體倒入壓縮腔內(nèi)(避免帶壓起動)在壓縮機的排氣管道安裝有一只懸掛全啟式止回閥,壓縮機排出的氣體推開止回閥進入排氣消聲器,然后進入一級后冷器,二級后冷器,再進入排氣主管道。
When the compressor works, the air is absorbed through the self-cleaning
air filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. After the
air is automatically adjusted by the inlet guide vane, it enters the
first stage compression. After the first stage compression, the gas
temperature is higher. Then it enters the intermediate cooler for

compression system. In order to avoid the gas in the system pouring
into the compression chamber (avoid starting with pressure), a hanging
full-open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the
compressor. The gas discharged by the compressor pushes the check valve
into the exhaust muffler, and then enters the first-stage rear cooler,
the second-stage rear cooler and the exhaust main pipe.

冷卻水通過管道進入空壓機中間冷卻器對一級壓縮排出的氣體進行泥桿 保定古箏 塑料增韌劑 拱形護坡模具 保定空調(diào)維修 托輥生產(chǎn)線冷卻降溫,再進入后冷器對排氣進行冷卻,另一路冷卻水進水管道經(jīng)過主電機上部的兩組換熱器冷卻電機繞組,還有一路對油冷卻器進行冷卻。
Cooling water enters the air compressor intermediate cooler through
pipes to cool the first compressed exhaust gas, and then enters the rear
cooler to cool the exhaust gas. Another cooling water inlet pipe
passes through two sets of heat exchangers on the upper part of the
main motor to cool the motor windings, and another way to cool the oil
cooler.

空壓機為2000kW高壓電機(10kV)采用全壓啟動,控制柜為戶內(nèi)交流、金屬鎧裝抽出式開關(guān)設(shè)備,開關(guān)設(shè)備由固定的柜體和可抽出部件即手車兩大部分組成,實現(xiàn)控制、保護、監(jiān)測的目的,具有“五防”功能。
The air compressor is a 2000 kW high-voltage motor (10kV) with
full-voltage start-up. The control cabinet is an indoor AC and metal
armoured pull-out switchgear. The switchgear consists of a fixed cabinet
body and a pull-out component, i.e. a handcart. It realizes the
purpose of control, protection and monitoring, and has the function of
"five preventions"
